We believe that better quality coffee starts with how the beans are grown. At Nabob, we’re committed to ensuring our beans are sustainably cultivated. Through our Nabob Green Bean Initiative we will ultimately bring you better beans in every way.
Nabob sources more than 60 percent of its coffee beans3 from Rainforest Alliance
Certified™ farms. These farms have met standards for holistic farm management,
which benefit the environment, workers and communities.

Nabob coffees are brewed from sustainably cultivated or ‘greener’ beans.
At Nabob, we believe that coffee beans should be grown in ways that support sustainability. Our blends contain 60% Rainforest Alliance Certified™ beans3, with the goal that eventually 100% of Nabob Coffee will be sustainably produced.
Our canisters are made of multiple layers of materials, including recycled ones, to provide you with fresh tasting Nabob coffee. Plus, our canisters are 30% lighter than before5.

Changing coffee for the better is a journey. Choosing Nabob coffee is a great start. Here are a few other things you can do to join us on the Nabob Green Bean Initiative:
- Reuse your coffee grinds in your garden – they make a great addition to your compost.
- Refrigerate unused coffee to make cold beverages.
- Choose reusable travel mugs.
- Unplug your coffee maker when you’re not using it to conserve energy.
